Delivery will be presumed to have been made if any person at the specified address accepts the item on behalf of the recipient. No claims for non-acceptance of gift items will be entertained.

6. Heritage Arcade will in no event be liable to the user for any or all damage, losses and causes of action or otherwise exceeding the amount paid by the user to Heritage Arcade for that specified service/product.

7. We do not deliver on holidays.

8. Any requests of refund will not be entertained in the case of wrong address/ absence of anyone at the specified address during that period.

In special cases due to non-availability of product from the indicated sources, it reserves the right to change the source and deliver an approximately similar kind of product. If even that is not available with us, we will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available.

10. Once placed, gift orders cannot be canceled. The sender must notify any changes in the same before the order has been processed, which is to a maximum of 2 working days.
