Is it possible to send a gift not listed in your shopping cart?
Yes, you definitely can do so. All you need to do is send us an e-mail at
sales@heritagearcade.com and we shall get back to you to confirm whether
it will be possible for us to arrange that gift or not, and how you may be
able to place the order.
2. What will be the mode of payment?
Payments can be made by credit cards or through cheque. If you are
sending the money through cheque, kindly send us the order number
(automatically generated after submission of order form) along with the
cheque in favor of ... at address...
3. Which are the specific cards accepted
by Heritage Arcade?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover /
Novus cards. This includes all card types that are derivatives of
these brands. A few examples include the Visa cheque cards, de bit cards,
MasterCard, EuroCard etc
4. When I use this, will my credit card number / bank a/c number be
secure? Credit card details are accepted through SSL protocol. All the
transactions are secured, powered by CGI script capable of processing
credit card transactions. This ensures that the information is encrypted
before being transmitted.
5. How will I be sure that the order
placed by me has been correctly registered by you?
Our Shopping cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser,
using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that enables it to encrypt sensitive data
such as credit card numbers. When you select the products and add them to
the shopping cart, you are in the Non-Secure Mode. After you press the
checkout button, we switch to Secure Mode to collect the billing and
shipping information.
6. Is SSL encryption used by Heritage
Arcade?
Definitely. SSL Standard is supported by all the modern web browsers. The
customer can however choose to checkout using the Non-Secure Mode if
necessary. After having placed the order, you will get an e-mail
confirmation for each order that you have registered with us. You can
check on your e-mails and get back to us if any corrections need to be
made.
7. Will the items delivered be the exact
replica of that displayed on the webpage?
The product will match the image on the website as these images have been
taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced. However,
Heritage Arcade reserves the right to deliver a similar/alternate product
for reasons of exigencies beyond its control.
8. How long does it take for you to
deliver the products after the payment has been made?
Your gift will be shipped within 5 days of our securing your payment or
on the date of delivery mentioned by you in the order form, whichever is
later.
11. How will I know that the gift has been
delivered?
You shall receive a confirmation by e-mail after the gift has been
delivered.
12. Is it possible for me to send some
message along with the gift?
Absolutely. Simply type in your message and we will send it in a greeting
card along with the gift.
