1. Delivery will be made only in the cities specified by us.

2. Heritage Arcade does not accept any responsibility for after sales service or warranties of any kind. Any warranties or after sales service, if any, are offered by the manufacturers / vendors and any product will be serviced by them directly and Heritage Arcade will not be a party to any such thing.

3. We will try our level best to deliver the items within the stipulated date. If, in any case this does not take place due to some unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be asked for.

4. During the time of delivery, bona fides of the person receiving the gifts will be verified to the best of our abilities. Delivery will be presumed to have been made if any person at the specified address accepts the item on behalf of the recipient. No claims for non-acceptance of gift items will be entertained.

5. Goods displayed on Heritage Arcade are the sole property of the trademark, brand and company listed on the website and we do not in any way claim ownership of the same. Reference to these products are made solely to identify the product supplied at the website.

6. Heritage Arcade will in no event be liable to the user for any or all damage, losses and causes of action or otherwise exceeding the amount paid by the user to Heritage Arcade for that specified service/product.

7. We do not deliver on holidays.

8. Any requests of refund will not be entertained in the case of wrong address/ absence of anyone at the specified address during that period.

9. Heritage Arcade will deliver exactly the same gift displayed on its website and from the same sources as indicated. In special cases due to non-availability of product from the indicated sources, it reserves the right to change the source and deliver an approximately similar kind of product. If even that is not available with us, we will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available.

10. Once placed, gift orders cannot be canceled. The sender must notify any changes in the same before the order has been processed, which is to a maximum of 2 working days.

11. Heritage Arcade does not undertake any responsibility for any kind of mishandling of credit card information given to..., the authorized online retailer, for the order placed.

12. The customer assumes total responsibility and risk for the use of 'Heritage Arcade' service. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information and the quality provided through Heritage Arcade.
