The book is divided into two parts. First part covers the ashram observances and the second part deals with the constructive program promoted by Gandhiji. All major teachings of Gandhiji like Ahimsa; Chastity, Tolerance and many others are being described in the book. Gandhiji has also emphasized a need for adult education, removal of untouchability and economic equality.
